At On-Hook, we stand behind our underwater technology. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in resellable condition — unused beyond reasonable testing to verify functionality, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to change-of-mind returns to cover inspection and repackaging.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must first contact us at support@on-hook.com.

Once your return request is reviewed, our team will provide you with specific instructions and confirm the final shipping destination. Do not send any items back before receiving official authorization from our support team. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Defective or Damaged Items (DOA)
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us at support@on-hook.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. For confirmed DOA cases, On-Hook will cover the cost of return shipping to our EU return address and ship a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund at the customer's choice. DOA claims made after 72 hours will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty
All On-Hook drones come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims are handled directly by On-Hook support at support@on-hook.com.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
